Thirteen individuals charged in connection with the events that took place in Tbilisi on October 4 will be formally indicted today.

Most of the detainees have been transferred to the temporary detention facility in Zahesi.

The court is expected to deliberate on the preventive measures for all of them on October 8.

Among those detained are Vakho Phitskhelauri, Abo Neveriani, Manuchar Mikeladze, Kakha Mzhavanadze, Aleksandre Khabeshvili, Sergo Megrelishvili, Eva Shashiashvili, Tornike Mchedlishvili, Davit Sturua, Giorgi Rurua, Davit Zhghenti, and Beka Machavariani.

For reference, the investigation into the events of October 4 is being conducted under Articles 317, 222, 225, and 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

As part of this investigation, the Central Criminal Police Department has detained 13 individuals, while operational and search activities are ongoing to locate two additional suspects.
