The court imposed pretrial detention on four individuals detained during the October 4 rally, Amiran Dolishvili, Irakli Chkhvirkvia, Giorgi Khorkia, and Zakro Albutashvili.

Judge Eka Barbakadze granted the prosecution’s motion with this decision, as the prosecution had requested pretrial detention as a preventive measure.

For reference, the investigation regarding individuals involved in the events at the Atoneli Palace is being conducted under Articles 317, 222, 225, and 187 of the Criminal Code. Within the scope of this investigation, a total of 46 individuals have been detained.
