In connection with the events that took place in Tbilisi on October 4, the court imposed a 10,000 GEL bail as a preventive measure for the accused Ia Darakhvelidze, while three other accused individuals were ordered to remain in pretrial detention.

Specifically, by the judge’s decision, Ia Darakhvelidze will be released from the penitentiary facility upon payment of a 10,000 GEL bail, with the judge setting a 30-day period for the payment.

The decision was made by Tbilisi City Court Judge Mzia Garshaulishvili.

For reference, the investigation regarding individuals involved in the events at the Atoneli Palace is being conducted under Articles 317, 222, 225, and 187 of the Criminal Code. Within the scope of this investigation, a total of 46 individuals have been detained.
