Paata Burchuladze, Murtaz Zodelava, Paata Manjgaladze, Lasha Beridze and Irakli Nadiradze, who are detained regarding the October 4 events, have been prohibited from making phone calls, sending letters or recieving visitors.

As Paata Burchuladze's lawyer Shota Tutberidze told InterpressNews, they will appeal against the decision as soon as the relevant document is provided to them.

"Paata Burchuladze wa told that he has been prohibited from any correspondence, making calls or recieving visitors, i.e. all the rights that prisoners can enjoy.

This serves to phsycologically torture a person, who was expecting a meeting with his grandchild", the lawyer said.
