Irakli Kirtskhalia: The lawsuit prepared based on the investigative commission's conclusions will be submitted to the Constitutional Court in the near future

The lawsuit prepared based on the conclusions of the Parliament's temporary investigative commission will be submitted to the Constitutional Court in the near future.

This was stated by the leader of the parliamentary majority, Irakli Kirtskhalia, during a briefing following the majority's session.

According to Irakli Kirtskhalia's statement, work on the text of the lawsuit prepared based on the investigative commission's conclusions is almost complete.

"We announced and promised the public that a lawsuit would be prepared for the Constitutional Court based on the investigative commission's conclusions, and that the public would be able to follow the process in the Constitutional Court live. I want to tell you that work on the lawsuit text is almost complete, and the lawsuit will be submitted to the Constitutional Court in the near future," Kirtskhalia stated.
