Constitutional Court: Irine Imerlishvili’s tenure as a Constitutional Court judge terminated early based on her own request

According to the Constitutional Court of Georgia, Irine Imerlishvili’s tenure as a judge of the Constitutional Court has been terminated early based on her own request.

“Based on her own request, the authority of Ms. Irine Imerlishvili, a judge of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, has been terminated early by Order No. 2 of the Constitutional Court, effective from October 20, 2025.

The Constitutional Court of Georgia wishes her success in her future endeavors,” the statement released by the Court reads.
