Lasha Chkhartishvili, a member of the Labor Party, who is accused of artificially blocking the road, has been found by the Tbilisi City Court an administrative violator.
By the decision of Judge Zviad Tsekvava, he was sentenced to 14 days of administrative detention.
For information, Lasha Chkhartishvili was arrested on October 19. Before his arrest, he released a video in which Chkhartishvili explained to law enforcement officers that he was going to his mother’s cemetery together with his son. Later, the court released him and postponed the hearing until October 24.
