The hearing will take place at Tbilisi City Court at 3:00 PM.

At today’s hearing, the court will discuss imposing a preventive measure for Andria Liluashvili, the cousin of Grigol Liluashvili.

The prosecution will request detention as a preventive measure, while the defense will petition for his release without a preventive measure but will offer bail as an alternative to the court.

The hearing is highly likely to be closed to the media and the public, as the lawyer was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Andria Liluashvili does not admit to the charges.

For reference, Andria Liluashvili was charged under Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for imprisonment from 9 to 12 years as a penalty.
