"How many times have they gone to the Constitutional Court? Do you remember the results? They will end with the same results now too," stated "Georgian Dream" MP Tengiz Sharmanashvili to journalists, responding to the lawsuit filed by "Lelo - Strong Georgia" in the Constitutional Court.
According to him, "the reason their results end so negatively is because they go to the Constitutional Court and Strasbourg with narratives."
"How many times have they gone to the Constitutional Court? Do you remember the results? They will end with the same results now too. The reason their results end so negatively is because they go to the Constitutional Court and Strasbourg with narratives. They will go with such narratives, and there they will face the legal grounds of the Ministry of Justice—and they will lose once again," Sharmanashvili stated.
Regarding the lawsuit on banning parties, which will be submitted to the Constitutional Court by "Georgian Dream," "People's Power," and "European Socialists," Sharmanashvili said it will be sent electronically today.
"The lawsuit will be sent to the Constitutional Court today—both electronically and in hard copy," Sharmanashvili stated.
