Former Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Koba Gabunia will be officially charged today

The former Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, Koba Gabunia, will be officially charged today. Gabunia's lawyer, Guram Gventsadze, told "InterpressNews" about this.

As he notes, he has not yet visited his client, so his position regarding the charges to be presented is unknown.

At the same time, the lawyer states that during the search of Gabunia's home, law enforcement officers did not seize anything illegal.

For reference, the Ministry of Finance and the State Security Service detained the former Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, Koba Gabunia. He is accused of abusing official powers.
