APA: Turkey is sending a search-and-rescue team and a drone to the site of the military cargo plane crash in Georgia

Turkey is dispatching a search-and-rescue team and a drone to the location where the military cargo plane crashed. This information was reported by the Turkish bureau of the Azerbaijani news agency APA.

According to their report, the search-and-rescue team from Turkey’s Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) is heading to Georgia.

It is noted that since the plane crashed in a mountainous region, a specialized rescue team is being sent to Georgia.

It is also reported that Turkey has deployed an Akıncı drone to assist in the search-and-rescue operations, which will join the efforts in a few hours.
