"I met these people for the first time; ‘group violence’ — how did such an idea come to the prosecutor? I was a school principal for 14 years, I raised countless generations. Please tell me — what did I do wrong, what harm did I cause to the state?” — said Ramaz Mumladze, who was detained in connection with the events of October 4, during the court hearing.
Mumladze is demanding evidence showing what he allegedly damaged — whether he destroyed state property or verbally insulted anyone.
"I met these people for the first time — ‘group violence,’ how did the prosecutor come up with this? I was a school principal for 14 years, I raised countless generations. Please tell me — what did I do wrong, what harm did I cause to the state? I do not know any of these people; where did all this come from? I have never been a member of any party, I was apolitical, I never got involved in politics. The prosecutor said ‘do not grant bail’ — they should justify why. Let the prosecutor answer this. What did I do wrong? What did I damage — did I destroy state property, did I verbally insult someone? Let them present evidence, facts.” — Mumladze stated.
