The Prosecutor’s Office is seeking a guilty verdict for Luka Kurtanidze, a former member of “Georgian Dream.”

As prosecutor Davit Kirchkheli told InterpressNews, there are no discussions taking place between the parties regarding a plea agreement in this case.

According to the prosecutor, the prosecution is asking the court to keep the defendant, Luka Kurtanidze, in custody and to determine his sentence.
