According to him, the investigation established that the Ministry of Internal Affairs acted in accordance with the law.

"As has been noted many times, the State Security Service conducted a thorough and detailed investigation. More than 160 investigative actions were carried out, about 90 people were questioned, examinations were conducted, all relevant documentation was requested, which was necessary for the investigation of this case, and it was established that the Ministry of Internal Affairs acted in accordance with the law. It was not proven that substances that were prohibited and contained the substance "camite", which has been banned since World War I, were used. Accordingly, the State Security Service, within the framework of its investigation, answered all questions. Accordingly, there are no more speculations here. For information, according to the BBC, the evidence collected by them suggests that Georgia's authorities used a World War One-era chemical weapon to quell anti-government protesters last year.
