Georgia's Association of Young Lawyers (GYLA) has won the case of June 20–21, 2019, known as the “so-called Gavrilov Night,” at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
GYLA shared the information on social media, stating that the decision was made by the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights.
“By the decision of the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights, GYLA has won the case of June 20–21, 2019, the so-called Gavrilov Night,” the statement reads.
