Regarding the donations received by the parties in September 2025, Transparency International writes that the alleged participation of large donors of the Georgian Dream in systemic corruption still raises legitimate questions. According to the organization, companies associated with them have won tenders worth 2.51 billion GEL since 2015.
“All parties received a total of 6.9 million GEL in donations.
Georgian Dream received 4.1 million GEL in donations, which is 60% of the donations received by all parties.
Companies affiliated with Georgian Dream donors have won state tenders worth 588 million GEL since 2024, and have won tenders worth 2.51 billion GEL since 2015.
The majority of tenders have been won by large construction companies affiliated with Georgian Dream donors, such as Anagi, Gza, Tsekuri, and others.
Companies affiliated with Georgian Dream donors have received simplified procurement contracts worth up to 5.5 million GEL since 2024, and 204 million GEL since 2015.
30 companies affiliated with Georgian Dream donors received more than 16 million GEL in budget subsidies in 2015-2024.
54 companies affiliated with Georgian Dream donors received 1.4 million sq. m. of construction permits in 2017-2024.
Since 2015, companies affiliated with opposition party donors have won tenders worth 1.4 million GEL, received simplified procurement contracts worth 823 thousand GEL, and received subsidies worth 592 thousand GEL. Since 2024, they have not won a tender, and the total value of simplified procurement contracts is 36 thousand GEL,” Transparency International states.
