Latvian Prime Minister - Georgian people should not lose hope, no politician can make decisions instead of people, so if society remains strong, it will succeed

The Georgian people should not lose hope, - Latvian Prime Minister Evika Silina said in response to a question from the Euroscope editor before the start of the European Council summit in Brussels.

According to her, if the society remains strong, it will achieve success.

"The power in any country, at least in Europe, belongs to people, and Georgia is Europe. I think the Georgian people should definitely not lose hope. We all, like Georgia, went through the Soviet period and then achieved freedom, because people decided so. No politician can make a decision instead of people and society. Therefore, if the society remains strong and does not lose hope, then it will achieve success. I believe in this," - said the Latvian Prime Minister.
