Mikheil Kavelashvili hosted by Đuro Macut for working dinner

Mikheil Kavelashvili was hosted by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Đuro Macut, and his accompanying delegation for a working dinner.

According to Mikheil Kavelashvili’s press service, the meeting focused on close cooperation between Georgia and Serbia and the prospects for expanding relations.

"Attention was focused on the friendly and traditional ties between peoples, cultural closeness and common values. It was also noted that the common cultural basis and common geopolitical challenges facing Georgia and Serbia provide additional incentives for deepening relations and strengthening each other's positions in the international arena.

The working dinner with the President of Georgia was attended by members of the delegation: Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili, members of the Georgian Parliament - Irakli Mezurnishvili, Irma Zavradashvili, Guram Macharashvili, Georgian Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia Levan Beridze and representatives of the Georgian President's Administration," the press service said.
