According to NGO sector, despite restrictions, a protest march will be organized from Philharmonic Hall to Parliament building on December 27

On December 27, at 19:00, another protest will be held. As the chairman of the board of the organization Prevention for Progress, Tato Kelbakiani, stated, despite the restrictions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it is important to continue the protest.

“As you know, for the past month, a demonstration has been held on Saturdays from the Philharmonic Hall to the Parliament building, the main goal of which is to demand an international investigation into the chemical poisoning case. On December 27, Saturday, at 19:00, a similar demonstration will be held from the Philharmonic Hall and everyone is welcome. It is important that the demand for an international investigation continues in this form of protest,” said Tato Kelbakiani.

For information, the Ministry of Internal Affairs published information regarding the conditions for holding rallies from December 21 to December 31, 2025. As stated in the information, during this period, the gathering should be without a procession, and the participants of the gathering should express their protest on the stairs on the front facade of the Parliament building in Tbilisi and in the surrounding area. At the same time, they should not impede the movement of other citizens moving on the sidewalk or vehicles moving on the road.
