So-called foreign minister of occupied Tskhinvali - Georgia must understand that Russia will not leave South Ossetia and will not revoke its recognition

Georgia must understand that Russia’s recognition of South Ossetia’s independence will not change but move towards building relations on a constructive basis, - the so-called foreign minister of occupied Tskhinvali, Akhsar Dzhioev, stated in an interview with Russian media.

“As for Tbilisi’s calls for Russia to withdraw from South Ossetia and revoke its recognition, we have repeatedly seen how the Russian Federation emphasizes these decisions at the highest level. Russia, as a nuclear power and a major global power, will not change these decisions. I think that Georgia must accept and recognize this reality,” Dzhioev said.
