Heavy snowfall has knocked out the electricity network of ENERGO-PRO Georgia.
According to ENERGO-PRO Georgia, despite the difficulties in moving, ENERGO-PRO Georgia's special teams have been working in emergency mode for the second day.
According to the company, electricity is currently being supplied with interruptions to most villages in the Imereti and Samegrelo regions.
"The bad weather caused quite a lot of damage to both high and low voltage electricity networks in Western Georgia.
Additional technical teams from other regions remain at the sites of damage. They are assisting local power engineers with restoration work.
Restoration work will continue until the power supply is fully restored," the company said.
