As Ani Nadareishvili notes, she tried to enter prison as a lawyer, but was not allowed.
"Bacho Akhalaia's rights have been restricted in the prison, including phone calls, letters, and meetings... I tried to enter again as his lawyer, but they did not let me in," Nadareishvili wrote.
For information, the court ordered pre-trial detention for Bacho Akhalaia as a preventive measure. He is charged with organizing and leading group violence under Part 1 of Article 225 of the Criminal Code of Georgia in the October 4 case, which provides for up to 9 years in prison.
