Otar Partskhaladze declared wanted across Georgia

The Prosecutor General has issued a Georgia-wide search warrant for former Prosecutor General Otar Romanov-Partskhaladze.

After completing the relevant procedures, the former Prosecutor General will be placed on an international wanted list, the so-called Red Circular. The Prosecutor General issued the search warrant after Otar Romanov-Partskhaladze was sent to pre-trial detention.

The former Prosecutor General is in Russia. He is a citizen of the aforementioned country.

For information, Otar Romanov Partskhaladze was charged in the murder case of businessman Levan Jangveladze. Specifically, he was charged under Article 25/109, Subsection “N” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies organizing premeditated murder by order and for profit.

The aforementioned crime provides for a sentence of 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment.

Gela Udzilauri has been convicted of premeditated murder of businessman Levan Jangveladze. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Within the framework of the aforementioned case, a separate case is being conducted against several individuals, within the framework of which Giorgi Mikadze, Mamuka Baghdavadze, Giorgi Kachkachashvili and Sandro Tsivtsivadze are detained. for Davit Mikadze and Giorgi Jokhadze have been declared wanted.
