There is a direct attack on the state. We know what forces are fighting us, both inside and outside the country. These people are not happy that the country is developing economically, that we have economic progress, reconstruction, etc., - this is how the mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, responds to the issue of Arab investment in Georgia, which concerns the project of the Eagle Hills Georgia company.
As he noted in a conversation with the media, the implementation of a project of such a scale contributes to economic development and the creation of new jobs, however, certain groups are spreading lies, which is a "direct attack on the state".
"It is no coincidence that we see how many lies and filth are spreading around this project. There is a direct attack on the state. We know what forces are fighting us, both inside and outside the country. These people are not happy that the country is developing economically, we have economic progress, reconstruction, etc.
I think that society itself will assess how important the implementation of projects of this scale is for our country. Projects of this type contribute to the creation of new jobs, have a positive impact on the economic development of the country. Foreign direct investments are also important for those Georgian companies that are involved in the construction sector," the Tbilisi Mayor noted.
