A demonstration is underway in front of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tbilisi.

Citizens of Georgia and Iran have gathered at the site.

They are expressing solidarity with the ongoing protests in Iran and are protesting the violent actions of the authorities against the protesters.

As the protesters say, the Iranian people “deserve victory over the violent regime.”

The demonstrators are carrying Iranian and Georgian flags. They are also holding protest posters with the inscriptions: “Freedom to the nations from dictatorship”; “Freedom to the fighting Iranian people.”
