If there is a person in nature who is not involved in anything, it is Paata Manjgaladze, - said Murtaz Zodelava, an opposition politician accused in the October 4 case.

Murtaz Zodelava addressed the prosecutor Vazha Todua and judge Irakli Khuskivadze with this statement.

Guri Zhvania is charged under Part 2 of Article 225 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which pertains to participation in group violence.
