Anti-Corruption Agency urges everyone to refrain from "manipulative statements" regarding death of its Chief Inspector

The State Security Service expresses its sorrow over the death of Simon Tsakadze, Chief Inspector of the Anti-Corruption Agency, at the State Security Service building, and extends its condolences to the family, relatives, and colleagues.

As stated in the information released by the State Security Servicead, “speculative statements are being made by certain individuals regarding this extremely serious incident, which further aggravates the pain of the deceased’s family, friends, and colleagues,” therefore, the State Security Service asks the public to refrain from “manipulative statements.”

“Once again, we express our deep sorrow over the death of our employee, Chief Inspector of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Simon Tsakadze, and we extend our condolences to his family, relatives and colleagues.

His death is a great tragedy and loss for us. Simon Tsakadze had worked in our service since 2015 and was a worthy, experienced employee who was distinguished by his dedication to his work and high professionalism.

Speculative statements are being spread by certain individuals regarding this extremely serious incident, which further aggravates the pain of the deceased’s family, friends and colleagues.

We humbly ask everyone to refrain from manipulative statements and respect the memory of the deceased,” reads the statement.
