Ambassadori Island Batumi: 2025 Progress in Numbers

Ambassadori Island Batumi, the most ambitious investment project in the region, entered a new phase of development in 2025. According to the project’s CEO, Gocha Kamkia, the past year marked a turning point, as the project transitioned from the planning stage to active implementation.

  • 3 hectares of land have already been reclaimed at sea;
  • 26 hectares have been officially commissioned;
  • More than 52 units of specialized construction equipment are operating on-site daily;
  • Ambassadori’s First Tower - construction of the first ultra-modern multifunctional complex has commenced. All 158 piles have been installed.

In 2025, Ambassadori Island significantly strengthened its international presence:

  • The company opened an office in Dubai;
  • The project was showcased at IPS Dubai 2025 at the World Trade Centre;
  • Strategic cooperation was expanded with partners from Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, including four large-scale joint events held in Poland;
  • The project hosted an official delegation from GCC countries in Georgia.

In 2025, the company also signed several landmark business agreements, including a contract with IG Development, which envisages the construction of an ultra-modern 120,000 sq.m shopping center on the island.
