Members of the Communications Commission have elected Goga Gulordava as the Commission’s Chair for a three-year term.
According to the Commission, the vote was held by secret ballot, and Gulordava’s candidacy received unanimous support from all members.
Gulordava brings 26 years of professional experience:
Teleimedi (2018–2020): Financial monitor and auditor;
Georgian State Electrosystem (2020–2025): Advisor to the General Director, later Director of Internal Audit;
Parliament of Georgia (2016–2020): Member of Parliament;
Tsalendjikhe Municipality (2013–2016): Mayor.
A lawyer by profession, Gulordava graduated from the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law (1995–2000). He has completed multiple training programs on customs and tax law, public procurement, financial accounting, auditing, and prosecution in Georgia, the United States, and Germany. He has also passed the Prosecutor Qualification Examination.
Gulordava was confirmed as a member of the Communications Commission by the Georgian Parliament in December 2025 with 77 votes in favor, receiving unanimous approval.
