Tbilisi City Hall launches a lung cancer screening funding program

Starting May 1, Tbilisi City Hall will launch a fully funded lung cancer screening program. The announcement was made by Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze before the start of a government meeting.

“In the near future, lung cancer screening will be added as the sixth type of examination within the disease screening program, and it will be fully funded. This program will be launched on May 1, enabling us to finance lung cancer screening,” Kaladze stated.
