We did not make any specific decisions at this meeting. The dialogue will continue, - TSU Rector Jaba Samushia stated after the meeting with the Minister of Education.
According to Jaba Samushia, TSU conveyed to the Minister the position that TSU and its elected bodies have.
"I want to tell you that the meeting was very interesting, many issues were raised. The most important thing is that from our side, from the side of TSU, we conveyed to the Minister the position that TSU and its elected bodies have, I mean the Senate. Of course, different positions were expressed. One thing that I can unequivocally say that we agreed on is that the dialogue will definitely continue. We did not make any specific decisions at this meeting. The dialogue will continue and we believe that it is necessary for the parties participating in this dialogue, and primarily TSU and GTU, to jointly prepare the visions that will form the basis of this process. Today we have unequivocally stated that such meetings will continue next week as well," said Jaba Samushia.
