"The International Real Estate Forum has officially marked a new chapter in cooperation with investors" - this is how the organizers assess the results of the business forum held in Tbilisi last weekend.

Hosted at the landmark "Grand Avenue," the three-day summit generated unprecedented international engagement. The forum provided a high-level platform for Georgian developers to showcase their innovation and large-scale projects to an influential global audience.

The event welcomed over 100 prominent investors and real estate agencies from Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Israel, and the Middle East. To ensure the forum’s reach across global markets, a delegation of ten international business journalists was on the ground to cover the proceedings.

This high-impact initiative was co-organized by the Business Association of Georgia alongside industry leaders: Archi, Next, Biograpi Living and Invest Georgia UAE. The presence of senior government officials and key policymakers further underscored the national importance of the event. The forum’s core mission was to elevate Georgia’s investment profile and facilitate direct synergy between international capital and the country’s leading developers.

As part of the forum, Galt & Taggart reviewed Georgia’s economic prospects, while TBC Capital presented an in-depth real estate market study. A panel discussion was held featuring Archi, Biograpi, and Next. Additionally, the companies introduced their investment projects to the guests, including a site visit to Archi’s large-scale project on Sioni Lake -Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa.
