Several more actors have left the Vaso Abashidze Musical Comedy and Drama Theater.

According to reports, Davit Beshitaishvili, Anastasia Chanturia, Manu Tavadze and Luka Japaridze have left the theater.

Previously, the following actors announced their departure from the theater: Kakha Kintsurashvili, Eka Demetradze, Giviko Baratashvili and Nanka Kalatozishvili.

They posted identical text about this on social networks.

"From today, I am no longer an actor of the Vaso Abashidze Musical Comedy and Drama Professional State Theater.

A big thank you to everyone with whom I have stood on stage," the actors wrote.

All of their decisions are likely related to the removal of the banner of actor Andro Chichinadze, who was arrested during the protests, from the theater's facade.
