Judge expels Eka Kherkheulidze from the courtroom in the trial of politicians accused in the October 4 case

During the trial of politicians accused in the October 4 case, Judge Irakli Khuskivadze expelled politician Eka Kherkheulidze from the courtroom.

The incident occurred when a victim police officer was being questioned at the court hearing and stated that during the rally, he sustained an injury to the lower limb area, specifically to the knee joint. Eka Kherkheulidze responded with a remark to the witness's phrase.

The judge urged Eka Kherkheulidze not to engage in polemics with him, to which Eka Kherkheulidze replied with another remark directed at the witness: "May God make your knee joint swell." After that, the judge expelled her from the courtroom.
