They [the opposition, NGOs] are betting entirely on somehow destroying the country, - said Levan Machavariani, a member of parliament from the Georgian Dream.

With the above, he answered a question about the possible termination of visa liberalization.

As Machavariani states, the opposition is “marginalized to the end.

“Since the radical opposition, the collective opposition, the National Movement, the rich NGOs have absolutely no more resources, the only thing they think is that they will convince the European bureaucrats to suspend visas for our citizens. Once again, I would like to emphasize that our government has not created any legal basis for this, but if they still think that with this step it will be possible to bring some chaos, agitation into our society, they are betting entirely on this, to somehow stir up the country. They have no chance, I emphasize once again, they are completely marginalized," Machavariani said.
