As he stated, Dream has been officially assessed by the OSCE as the author of systematic human rights violations, violence, intimidation, fraud, injustice, persecution of dissent, revenge and oppression.
“2022 - Russia; 2023 - Belarus; 2026 - Georgia - these are the years and countries of the launch of the OSCE Moscow Mechanism. Well done, Dream! you have done a great job!... Yesterday, the OSCE investigative mechanism's conclusion was published, by which the Dream was officially, already by the OSCE, assessed as the author of systematic human rights violations, violence, intimidation, fraud, injustice, persecution of dissent, revenge and oppression. Among other things, the report confirms the political persecution of the former Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia and the physical attack on him with the motive of revenge. No matter how they try to justify themselves, no matter how much they try to discredit this report with propaganda, this is a document that will follow each member of the Dream, each propagandist, as a personal responsibility for their entire lives.
