The fact that the situation in Georgia is deteriorating is, of course, worrying. We will discuss this issue today—this was stated by Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys to journalists in Brussels ahead of the EU Foreign Affairs Ministers' meeting.
According to him, the abuse of the so-called "foreign agents law" causes concern regarding the state of democracy in Georgia.
"The abuse of the so-called 'foreign agents law' in Georgia truly causes deep concern regarding the state of democracy in the country. I look forward to discussing with my colleagues what we can do about this issue," Kęstutis Budrys noted.
