Reverend Jacob - I don't care about the files or who listens to us, we know their names - we're not afraid of anything

I don't care about the files [of the State Security Service], nor about who listens to us. We know the names of people listening to us, we know everything - in the files, maybe 95% of them are telling the truth and some are saying the wrong things. We are not afraid of anything, we are God-fearing, - Archbishop Jacob of Bodbe stated this in his sermon.

According to him, with God's help, everything will be fine, we are just going through a difficult period.

"I tell each member of the Synod: there can be no tension among us, we have watched a thousand nonsense on television. I am not interested in files [of the State Security Service], nor about who listens to us. We know the names of people listening to us, we know everything. One even committed suicide, you see. In the files, they may tell 95% of the truth and some may say nonsense. We are not afraid of anything, we are God-fearing. We love God and everyone should behave decently. [I am talking about the foreign policy of our state].... Those who do not want good for us, be careful with us. God is with us. We must love each other and our enemies, but we cannot love the enemy of Christ and our country, everyone should know this. Do not be afraid of anything, with God's help everything will be fine, we are just going through a difficult period," - notes Bishop Jacob.
