The Georgian Dream faction will nominate Tsotne Ananidze for the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council of Adjara.

The Georgian Dream faction will nominate Tsotne Ananidze for the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara at the upcoming extraordinary plenary session.

At the March 31, 2026 session of the Georgian Dream faction of the Supreme Council of Adjara, chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the faction, Lasha Sirabidze, the selection of the candidate for the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic was discussed.

The faction unanimously supported Tsotne Ananidze, Kobuleti delegate to the Supreme Council and Chairman of the Human Rights Committee, for the aforementioned position.
