“Everyone who is eligible for a pardon under the law will be pardoned,” First Lady Tamar Bagrationi said in response to a question about pardons for those detained during protests.

According to Bagrationi, she does not interfere in the President’s affairs.

“Ask my husband, I don’t know. I never interfere in my husband’s affairs. I have dedicated my entire life to humanitarian missions. It is understandable that young people are asking for pardons, and everyone who is eligible under the law will be pardoned,” she said.
