Unbelievable things are happening on social networks, offensive statuses, statements, regulating all of this is very important, - the mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, told journalists when commenting on the initiative to create a special department in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which will systemically monitor hate speech and aggressive communication in public spaces.

According to Kaladze, criticism and insult are two different directions, which must definitely be regulated.

"Unbelievable things are happening on social networks, offensive statuses, statements. Of course, all this should be regulated and there should be mutual respect.

Someone may not like someone, criticize them, but criticism and insult are absolutely two different directions. No one has the right to insult a specific person, which has a systematic nature. It is also understandable where it comes from and how everything is managed. Accordingly, I think it is very important to regulate all this," said Kakha Kaladze.
