Protesters are gathering near the first building of Tbilisi State University.

Leaders, members and supporters of the parties included in the Opposition Alliance, as well as other opposition politicians, are already at the site.

After the gathering, the protest participants will march to the Parliament.

Signatures are also being collected at the site to help children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

As is known, during the day, representatives of the Opposition Alliance tried to bring in the necessary structures and relevant equipment for the installation of a stage on Rustaveli Avenue, which the Ministry of Internal Affairs did not allow them to do. On the instructions of the Head of the Tbilisi Main Department of the Patrol Police, Goga Memanishvili, the minibus carrying the equipment was turned back.
