By order of the Prime Minister, Merab Turava dismissed as Deputy Minister of Justice

Merab Turava has been dismissed from the position of Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia. The relevant order, signed by the Prime Minister, was published on June 25.

The order states that Merab Turava was relieved of his duties effective June 25, 2026.

“Pursuant to Article 24(1) of the Law of Georgia on the Structure, Powers and Rules of Procedure of the Government of Georgia, Merab Turava shall be dismissed from the position of Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia, effective June 25, 2026,” the order reads.
