The newly created Central Procurement Authority has announced another tender for the purchase of vehicles.
According to the information published on the website of the State Procurement Agency, the Central Procurement Authority plans to purchase 164 hybrid vehicles, the estimated cost of the purchase is 10,159,800 GEL.
In addition, according to the documentation, the delivery of vehicles must be carried out within 240 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
As for the technical characteristics of the vehicles, the proposed vehicles must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2026, left-hand drive, not in operation (mileage no more than 200 km), materially and legally flawless, and customs-cleared. In addition, the supplier must ensure the registration of the vehicles at the purchaser’s expense.
The submission of proposals will begin on July 1 and end on July 2.
For information, the Central Procurement Authority created by the Georgian government also announced a tender for the purchase of vehicles on June 22. According to the documentation, the agency was to purchase 595 new vehicles manufactured in 2026 for 47.3 million GEL.
