The Europe Day event is open to everyone, - this was stated by the EU Ambassador to Georgia Pawel Herczynski at the Europe Day event in Batumi, when answering the question of whether government representatives were invited to today's event."

As for who was invited to this event. Our Europe Day event is open to everyone. Before this event, information was spread on social networks, and also, posters were everywhere in Batumi. So, we are waiting for everyone. This is a wonderful day for everyone," - said Herczynski.

Pawel Herczynski also spoke about the event taking place in Batumi.

"I am happy to be back in Adjara and to celebrate Europe Day in Batumi. We have come here with 10 EU Member States and a monitoring mission to demonstrate what the EU and our Member States have been doing in Georgia for over 30 years, for the Georgian people and the regions of Georgia. We are proud that as the EU, we have been helping and supporting Georgia for the past 30 years. We want to continue this partnership until Georgia becomes a full member of the EU," the Ambassador noted.
