According to Zurab Chkhaidze, Clinical Director of Vivamedi, politician and former Prosecutor General Murtaz Zodelava, who was convicted in the October 4 case, remains hospitalized at the clinic.
Chkhaidze said that Zodelava's condition is stable.
"He continues to receive treatment at Vivamedi. He is undergoing the necessary laboratory and instrumental examinations and remains under the supervision of a neurologist," Zurab Chkhaidze told InterpressNews.
For reference, Zodelava was transferred from a penitentiary facility to Vivamedi last week after experiencing dizziness.
Murtaz Zodelava is serving a seven-year prison sentence in connection with the October 4 case. He was charged under Article 19 in conjunction with Article 222(2)(a) of Georgia's Criminal Code, which concerns the attempted seizure and blockade of strategic and specially important facilities committed by a group.
