Narcologist Zura Sikharulidze is warning the public that a synthetic cannabinoid is being sold very intensively in Georgia, which causes hallucinations and psychosis, and in some cases even death.

As the doctor writes on social media, it is also mixed into various psychoactive substances, which further aggravates the condition.

A new, very strong synthetic cannabinoid (a ‘Spice’-type substance) has appeared in Georgia and is being sold very intensively on Telegram channels. It is also sold under the name ‘K2’.

This is not ordinary marijuana. Such substances can be much stronger and far more dangerous. Their use is associated with serious health risks.

Possible consequences include:- Severe anxiety and panic;- Hallucinations and psychosis;- Aggression;- Seizures;- Loss of consciousness;- Difficulty breathing;- In some cases - even death.

The most dangerous thing is that the user often does not even know what substance they are taking, because the composition of ‘Spice’ is constantly changing. It is also mixed with other stimulants, ‘mephedrone’, ‘alpha’, and others, which further aggravates the condition!!
