The picture is clear, the State Department and the embassy are directly saying that under the conditions of banning parties, killing political pluralism, persecuting the political process, creating squads, there will be no political stability and, of course, there will be no normalization. When Congress discusses such laws and adopts such an act that instructs the secret services to investigate the influence of Russia and China, and when the State Department tells you in Tbilisi that there will be no normalization and stabilization with this policy course, I think the picture should be completely clear to everyone - either this current policy course will change, or Georgia will not be able to regain its strategic partnership with the United States," Gegelia said.
