National Movement observer alleges he was threatened due to his political activity

An incident occurred in the village of Velistsikhe, Gurjaani municipality, last night. According to an observer of the Central Election Commission, Mikheil Zaluashvili, several people threatened him when he was going to the drugstore together with his wife.

According to Zaluashvili, the strangers tried to put him in the car and intimidate him.

"I was going to a drugstore together with my wife. Up to 10 people approached me and tried to put me into the car. I was told to stay away from the election process. This was an attempt to intimidate us and not to go to the polling station," said Mikheil Zaluashvili.

The opposition accuses the ruling team of the incident. According to them, the Georgian Dream is irritated due to the results of the first round of elections and try to get support forcefully.
