Karasin says Moscow hopes Georgian election results will promote normalization of Georgian-Russian relations

Moscow hopes that the results of the presidential elections will facilitate the normalization of relations between the two countries, - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin has said.

"We hope that the results of these elections will enable us to continue working on normalization of our bilateral relations in certain fields," Grigory Karasin told RIA Novosti news agency.
